Hi. My name is Billy Cassie, and I’d like to tell you why my wife Sharon and I decided to become Realtors®. We’ve always had an interest in real estate. We’ve invested in it, owned many homes throughout the years, and have been both buyers and sellers on numerous occasions. We had always heard that if you do what you love, you will never have to work a day in your life, so we took it to heart and changed careers. I became a professional real estate agent in 2009, and I received my broker’s license in 2015. We are passionate about what we do, in addition to our commitment to providing clients with the best service available. We have firsthand expertise in waterfront living, which greatly helps waterfront property purchasers and sellers.

I have a construction history and background. I had a plumbing company in New Jersey for almost 30 years and maintained both a New Jersey and a Florida Master plumbing license. I’ve always been active in real estate, whether it’s purchasing and restoring houses or building new ones. I recognize quality when I see it, and I enjoy sharing my expertise and experience with my clients.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker, I am able to assist my clients in a variety of ways that other agents are unable to. I understand the intricacies of owning, remodeling, and managing real estate and have an uncanny ability to recognize a “diamond in the rough.” My knowledge enables me to ensure that buyers and sellers are aware of all available alternatives, whether they are purchasing a home or an investment property, remodeling, or preparing a home to market. My knowledge in building and real estate is an excellent balance. We have a real estate brokerage in New Jersey, where we have resided and raised our children. We would visit Florida on a yearly basis, then on a monthly basis, until we purchased property in the Florida Keys. We have permanently moved to Southwest Florida and established Florida Realty Coastwide LLC. Our real estate passion, research, and negotiating skills get the job done.
Sharon has an eye for detail and looks out for her client’s best interests, whether they want to buy a home or market and sell their current one.

Sharon grew up on a small farm in Wall, New Jersey, with her parents and two sisters. Over the years, Sharon and I have owned, operated, and sold a number of small businesses. We offer our clients our all — and our enthusiasm for what we do shows.

We’ve been married for more than forty years. Amy and Billy are our two children, and we have three grandchildren, Blake, Brynn, and Brooke. Boating, fishing, scuba diving, skiing, and snowboarding are all activities that we enjoy. I like music and play the guitar and piano. We are both laid-back and modest, but when it comes to negotiating, It’s second nature to us, as both of us have been negotiating all of our adult lives.
